Ricky Hernandez

Ricky Hernandez has held various Human Resources roles since 2012. Ricky began their career at Best Buy as a Sales associate in 2012. In 2015, they joined OK Foods Inc. as an Employee Relations and Training specialist. Ricky was promoted to Human Resources Supervisor and then to Hiring Coordinator. In 2021, they joined Kindred Hospital Rehabilitation Services as the Director of Human Resources. Ricky is currently employed at Metova, Inc. as the Vice President of Human Resources.

Ricky Hernandez attended the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership.
