James Boren

James Boren has extensive experience in IT systems analysis and support. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Analyst - Lead at Metrix Instrument Company since November 2011, James oversees IT support for multiple companies within the ESCG group of Roper Industries. Prior to this role, James worked at Atos from September 2005 to September 2011 as a Systems Analyst II, where responsibilities included resolving hardware and software issues for customers and supporting various proprietary applications such as SAP and PeopleSoft. James's career began at Affiliated Computer Services, where from September 1999 to September 2005, the role of Service Desk Lead was held, managing support operations.
