Else Bonnier-van Trigt

Else Bonnier-van Trigt is an experienced Office Manager at MetrixLab since January 2020 and has been a Sportinstructeur at Sportclub NRG since 1999. With a strong background in group fitness and dance, Else has worked as a National Trainer for Les Mills from 2004 to 2011, specializing in various programs such as BodyPump, BodyJam, and BodyBalance. As the owner of Ballet- en Dansstudio Schiedam from 2000 to 2005, Else taught classical, modern, and jazz dance, in addition to offering fitness classes. Earlier, Else performed as a Showdanseres at Dance Sensation from 1985 to 1995. Educational qualifications include a diploma in dance instruction from the Rotterdamse dansacademie and certifications as an International Instructor from Les Mills.
