Shikha Batra

Shikha Batra is an accomplished research professional with extensive experience in market research and stakeholder satisfaction measurement. Currently serving as Research Director at MetrixLab since September 2022, Shikha previously held key positions including Senior Research Director and Research Director at Crownit (GoldVIP) from May 2018 to August 2022, and Account Manager at Millward Brown India from April 2016 to March 2017. Earlier roles include Senior Consultant at IMRB International from September 2010 to August 2012, where Shikha was part of a team focused on stakeholder satisfaction measurement, and Insights Director at IMRB International from April 2003 to May 2008, responsible for business development and exploring new prospects for syndicated ventures.
