Dr. Simon Boll

Dr. Simon Boll is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as the Head of Legal M&A at METRO AG since April 2016, Dr. Boll previously worked as a Rechtsanwalt at DLA Piper from April 2013 to March 2016. Dr. Boll holds a Doktor (Ph.D.) degree in Jura from the University of Cologne, obtained between 2013 and 2015, and has academic credentials from The University of Bonn and the University of Lausanne, where studies took place from 2005 to 2010 and in 2007, respectively.
