Karoline Kalus

Karoline Kalus has over a decade of experience in the field of human resources and employee engagement. Currently serving at METRO AG since June 2013, Karoline holds titles as a Global Employee Engagement expert, Senior Leadership Development Expert, and Project Manager in Learning & Development. Prior to this, Karoline worked at real,- Group Holding GmbH as an HR Specialist Training from January 2010 to May 2013, and at MGS Metro Group Solutions as a Junior Consultant Training & Support from January 2007 to February 2011. Karoline's career began with an internship and the development of a diploma thesis at Dr. Oetker in 2005-2006. Karoline earned a Diplom in Pedagogics from Uni Dortmund, completing studies in 2006.
