Rafael Gasset

Rafael Gasset has been a member of the Management Board of METRO AG since 1 April 2020 and is appointed until 31 March 2023. He has been appointed Co-Chairman of the Executive Board effective January 1, 2021.

From 2015 until 31 March 2020, Mr Gasset was Operating Partner with various country responsibilities, since 2018 for Russia, Romania, Moldova and Poland. Prior to this, Mr Gasset held various positions at METRO's national companies. Prior to his position as Operating Partner he was Regional Operating Officer at METRO Cash & Carry with responsibility for the Eastern Europe region.
