About
The Global Procurement Team at Metro AG is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing the procurement of food, beverages, wines, frozen foods, and non-food items from suppliers around the world. This team ensures a consistent and high-quality supply chain, optimizes costs, and manages supplier relationships to support the company’s wholesale and food service operations across approximately 35 countries in Europe and Asia. They also oversee procurement solutions, invoice management, and contribute to talent management and transformation within the procurement function.
