Adil Naqvi

Adil Naqvi has a strong background in talent management and human resources. Adil is currently the National Director, Talent Management at Metro Inc., where they are responsible for developing and executing talent management strategies and processes. Prior to this, Adil worked at Canadian Tire Corporation, where they held various managerial roles in human resources. Adil led HR teams and supported client groups in offices, distribution centers, and retail locations. Adil also played a leadership role as a Senior Organizational Development Consultant at ANZS INC, where they oversaw consulting projects and business development. Earlier in their career, Adil worked at Navitus, where they led a consulting division and engaged in projects related to HR, change management, and organizational development. Overall, Adil's work experience demonstrates their expertise in talent management, HR transformation, and organizational effectiveness.

Adil Naqvi has a Master's degree in Business Administration from the College of Business Management. Adil has also completed Executive Education programs in Strategic Human Resources from Queen's University and in Leading Professional Service Firms from Harvard Business School, with a focus on Organizational Leadership. Additionally, Adil has obtained certifications in DDI Targeted Selection Training from Development Dimensions International and in Performance Coaching and Train-the-Trainer from Fusion and Navitus respectively.
