Pat Horan has over 25 years of work experience in the retail industry. From 1996 to 2006, they worked at Loblaw Companies Limited as a Category Manager, overseeing merchandising direction for various banners and implementing a successful Departmental Merchandising Action Plan. From 2006 to 2011, they were employed at Kraft Foods Group as a Senior Manager of Customer Insights, where they collaborated with international marketing teams and assisted Shoppers Drug Mart in running categories. Since 2011, Pat has been working at Metro Inc. as the Director of Loyalty Strategy, Marketing & Program Management, responsible for developing and deploying the company's loyalty marketing and omnichannel communications strategy, as well as launching in-store loyalty programs and managing mass promotions events.

Pat Horan attended Laurentian University/Université Laurentienne from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law & Psychology.
