Rick Kazimowicz

Rick Kazimowicz has extensive experience in loss prevention and security management, currently serving as the Manager of Physical Security and Technology for Corporate Security & Resiliency at Metro Ontario Inc. since May 2008. In this role, Rick leads the planning and execution of physical security initiatives, focusing on equipment sourcing, vendor management, and maintaining Loss Prevention budgets. Prior to this, Rick held the position of Manager of Loss Prevention Discount at The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company, overseeing Loss Prevention and Protection Programs and conducting Shrink Awareness Seminars. Rick’s career in loss prevention began as a Loss Prevention Representative at the same company, following a role as Manager of Loss Prevention at Club Monaco, where program development and shrinkage reduction initiatives were emphasized. Rick’s educational background includes degrees in Business Administration with an emphasis on Industrial Management and Operations Management from Niagara College.
