The Legal and Compliance team at Metro ensures that the company adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements across its operations in Quebec and Ontario. This team, led by the VP of Legal Affairs & Corporate Secretary, is responsible for overseeing corporate legal matters, privacy and accessibility standards, and providing legal counsel to support Metro’s business activities. Their primary mission is to mitigate legal risks and ensure Metro operates within the bounds of the law, thereby protecting the company's interests and maintaining customer trust.
