Supply Chain and Logistics

The Supply Chain and Logistics team at Metro is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire supply chain process from procurement to delivery, ensuring efficient and timely distribution of goods. This team manages inventory, coordinates with suppliers, and implements logistics strategies to maintain stock levels, minimize costs, and meet customer demand. They also handle eCommerce transportation, supplier compliance, and procurement for various product categories, such as fresh meats, to support Metro's extensive retail network in Quebec and Ontario.
