Lida Schenkier

Lida Schenkier is a dedicated healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and community health. Currently serving as an Infusion Nurse at Metro Infusion Center since December 2021 and as a Community Health Nurse at Erie Family Health Center since June 2021, Lida previously held the position of Labor and Delivery Nurse at Norwegian American Hospital from February 2019 to June 2021. Lida's diverse background includes roles as a Personal and Career Development Instructor at Roosevelt University, where responsibilities encompassed curriculum development and employment readiness for ex-offenders, and as a CNC Program Coordinator at Jane Addams Resource Corporation, overseeing manufacturing training programs. With additional experience in various educational and community support roles, Lida holds a Master of Science in Nursing from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Liberal Arts from Southern Illinois University.
