Josh McDaniel has a diverse work experience in the fields of security, education, and training. Josh started their career in 2005 in the Air National Guard as a Law Enforcement & Security Specialist and later took on roles as an Education & Training Manager. In 2011, they worked as a Security Specialist at Lockheed Martin and then joined the US Navy as a Security Specialist in Range Operations. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at Proper Staffing, LLC as a Security Specialist, Trainer, Consultant, and Site Lead. Josh also worked at Linxx Global Solutions as a Security Services employee. In 2011, they joined the Air National Guard again as an Education & Training Manager. From 2011 to 2017, they served as a Security Specialist in Range Operations at the US Navy. In 2017, they joined Allied Universal as a Director of Security before moving to Memorial Hermann Health System as a Security Manager and later as the Security Education & Training Manager. In 2023, they worked as a Freelance Consultant in Education, Training, and Administration at Paddock 9 before taking on the role of Director of Training & Compliance at MetroNational.
