Jerry Counts has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Jerry started their career in 1978 at Cummins West as a Diesel Mechanic and worked there until 1989. Jerry then joined the San Francisco Hilton as an Engineer and worked there until 2000. From 2000 to 2003, they worked at Cushman & Wakefield as an Engineer. Jerry then moved to Jones Lang LaSalle and held the position of Chief Engineer from 2003 to 2008, and then Senior Chief Engineer from 2008 to 2011.
