Jerry Lam

Jerry Lam is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in solutions innovation and strategic account management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Solutions Innovation at Metro Supply Chain Group since December 2019, Jerry Lam has previously held various director-level positions at SCI Group Inc, focusing on strategic accounts, product development, eCommerce, omni-channel retail, and solutions design. Prior to this, Jerry Lam contributed to Ingram Micro as a Senior Manager in process engineering and operations and worked as a Project Engineer at GE Appliances Canada/Camco. Early in the career, Jerry Lam gained experience at Ford Motor Company as an Ergonomist and at Unilever as a Safety Consultant. Jerry Lam holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Waterloo, completed in 1995.
