Mike Digman

Mike Digman has been with Metro West Fire Protection District since September 1997, holding various titles such as Deputy Chief, Operations and Training, Battalion Chief, Shift Commander, Captain, Lieutenant, and Firefighter/Paramedic. Alongside their role at Metro West Fire, Mike is also currently working as the CPSE Accreditation Manager, focusing on managing the district's accreditation program and handling data analysis for the Community Risk Assessment and Standards of Response Coverage document. Mike holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Lindenwood University and a Bachelor's degree in Fire Science Management, as well as a degree in Paramedic Technology from St. Louis Community College.
