Andrew McLaughlin

Andrew McLaughlin is an experienced banking operations professional currently serving as the Director of Banking Operations and Head of Payments at Metro Bank (UK) since July 2017. Prior to this role, Andrew held the position of Vice President in Payment Operations at Barclays from April 2012 to July 2017. Andrew's career began at Lloyds Banking Group, where a variety of roles included Head of Operations Transformation and Senior Manager of Operations Business Development. Andrew earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from the University of the West of England from 1997 to 2001.
