Ifetayo Smalls

Ifetayo Smalls has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. In 2003, they worked as a Correctional Officer at GEO Lawton Correctional Facility, where they built rapport with inmates and defused disruptive behavior. From 2004 to 2005, they served as Direct Care Staff at JD McCarty Center, assisting children with their social and emotional needs.
