Dr. Christian Wirtz

Dr. Christian Wirtz is an experienced executive with a robust background in telecommunications and business management. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at MetroFibre Networx since October 2022, Wirtz previously held the position of Group CEO at inq. digital and an Executive role at MTN Business. Notably, Wirtz was the Managing Executive for Vodacom Business from September 2014 to March 2018, overseeing significant revenue growth and strategic initiatives. Previous roles at Vodafone Group included Group Director of mCommerce and Director of Strategy & New Business, where Wirtz led various impactful projects. Wirtz began a career at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager, contributing to the development of country strategies in Europe.
