Jason MacLean

Jason MacLean has extensive experience in Total Rewards, Human Resources, and Benefits management, holding key leadership roles at various organizations. Currently serving as Director of Total Rewards at Metrolinx since November 2021, Jason has previously worked as Director of Human Resources Services at Mohawk College and Manager of Total Rewards at ArcelorMittal Dofasco. Jason's career at ArcelorMittal Dofasco included roles such as Manager of Pension & Benefits and Senior Consultant, focusing on the development and administration of Total Rewards strategies. Jason also contributed to Baffinland as Total Rewards Manager, ensuring alignment of rewards programs with organizational objectives.
