Kelli Charbonneau

Kelli Charbonneau is a seasoned professional in environmental programs and assessment, currently serving as a Project Manager at Metrolinx since February 2021, where oversight includes environmental assessments under the Environmental Assessment Act. Prior to this role, Kelli held various positions at Golder from October 2018 to February 2021, starting as a Junior Project Coordinator and advancing to Project Coordinator, focusing on field monitoring and data documentation for brownfield sites. Kelli's academic background includes a Master's of Science in Biology from the University of New Brunswick and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Toxicology from Queen's University, complemented by extensive research experience in environmental science, including collaboration on projects related to forest disturbance impacts and aquatic toxicity assessments.
