Radha Moore

Director, Organizational Development & Culture at Metrolinx

Radha Moore has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Radha is currently serving as the Director of Organizational Development & Culture at Metrolinx since January 2024. Prior to this, they worked as the Global Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion Director at IBI Group from September 2020 to December 2023. Radha also worked as the Talent Management Lead at the Toronto Police Service from August 2019 to September 2020. Radha held the position of Senior Manager in Talent & Learning at TD from 2018 to 2019. Before that, Radha worked at RBC in different roles, including Senior Manager of Employee Experience, Center of Expertise, and Senior Manager of Enterprise Learning & Development. Radha served as the Program Director at CCCE from April 2012 to January 2018. Radha also worked at Deloitte as a Manager in Global Leadership and Learning from July 2012 to November 2014. Radha held various positions at OLG, including Manager of Corporate Training, Senior Learning Consultant, and Manager of Management Development. Radha started their career as a Learning Designer at CIBC in 2004 and also worked as a Training Specialist at the Ministry of Transportation in 2003.

Radha Moore holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from the Institute of Education, University of London, UK. Radha also has a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo. In addition, Radha has obtained a Masters Certificate in Phillips ROI Methodology from Villanova University. Radha has further certifications including an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation, and certifications in Flow Coaching from the FLOW Coaching Institute. Radha has also completed various diversity and inclusion programs and holds a change management certification from Prosci.
