Hon. Edward Padilla

Hon. Edward Padilla has a diverse range of work experience. Hon. Edward started their career in 1994 as the Deputy Executive Director at Christian Community In Action, Inc. Hon. Edward then worked as the Program Director at Betances Senior Citizen Center/ NYC Dept for the Aging from 1995 to 1998. In 1997, they joined Soundview Community in Action as the Director of Community Economic Development Programs, and later became the Executive Director from 2000 to 2007. In 2007, they transitioned to MetroPlus Health Plan and held roles of increasing responsibility, starting as the Associate Director of Marketing and currently serving as the Sales Field Operations Director. In addition to their professional career, they also worked as a Consultant and Manager for Political and Community Campaigns from 1995 to 2012.

Hon. Edward Padilla earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Behavioral Sciences from Mercy University, completing their studies between 1993 and 1998. Additionally, they obtained a license as a Health and Accident agent in the state of New York, but no specific dates or degrees are available for this qualification.
