Manvir Singh

Manvir Singh has a diverse range of work experience. Manvir currently serves as Director of Government Relations and Strategic Partnerships at MetroPlusHealth starting from December 2022. Before that, they worked at the NYC Department of Social Services as a State and Federal Legislative Manager from February 2019 to March 2022. Manvir'sresponsibilities included tracking and managing proposed legislation and assisting in the creation of the department's legislative package. Prior to that, they worked at the NYC Department of Small Business Services, where they held roles as a Senior Policy Advisor and a Policy Advisor, from June 2016 to February 2019. In these positions, they led preparation for hearings, drafted agency testimonies, and supported the implementation of local laws. Manvir also has experience working at the New York City Mayor's Office of Intergovernmental Affairs as a Staff Assistant from October 2014 to February 2016 and at the New York City Mayor's Office of City Legislative Affairs as a Legislative Intern from June 2014 to October 2014. Additionally, they have interned at Marathon Strategies LLC and the New York State Assembly. Manvir holds the position of Senior Consultant at Stony Brook University from August 2011 to May 2014.

Manvir Singh has a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Cinema and Cultural Studies from Stony Brook University. Prior to that, they attended Valley Stream South High School.
