Russell Ritzer has a wide range of work experience in the healthcare industry. Russell has also worked as a Health Care Consultant, leveraging their 25+ years of experience in senior level management and consulting for governmental and private sector organizations. In addition, they have served as the Director of Claims at ArchCare, Senior Director of Business and Technical Systems at EmblemHealth, and Director of Hospital and Medical Rates & Contracting at Group Health Incorporated (GHI).
