Starlette Johnson

Starlette Johnson has a diverse range of work experience. STARLETTE worked at MetroPlusHealth from 2015 to 2023, starting as the HEDIS/QARR Operations Associate Director and eventually becoming the Vice President of Quality Management. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing a cross-functional team and managing the quality improvement provider strategy for seven products. Prior to that, they worked at EmblemHealth as a Senior Quality Analyst, where they played a key role in maximizing quality incentives through medical record review provider audits. Starlette also has experience in budget analysis and data management, having worked at the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development and Catholic Guardian Society and Home Bureau in various analytical roles. STARLETTE began their career at the City of New York, Administration for Children's Services as a Systems Trainer/User Support, where they provided technical support and conducted training sessions on databases.

Starlette Johnson attended Baruch College from 2001 to 2005, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Computer Information Systems.
