Shalene Catral is an experienced professional in data analytics and customer experience, currently serving as the Head of Segments and Innovation Analytics at Metrobank since October 2022. In this role, Shalene leads a team of data analysts to support the Consumer Business through data-driven insights that enhance customer experiences and optimize business processes. Prior to this, Shalene spent over 15 years at Citi, holding various roles including Head of Analytics for Consumer Credit Payment Products and Wealth Management, and contributing significantly to the development of customer-centric initiatives. Shalene began a career in analytics at the Bank of the Philippine Islands, focusing on behavior risk analytics. Shalene holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics from the University of the Philippines.
