Kate Larson

Kate Larson is a Training Specialist at the Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities since November 2024, bringing a diverse background in educational and program development roles. Prior to this, Kate served as a Learning Specialist at The Toro Company from January 2023 to November 2024 and held multiple positions at Concordia University-St. Paul, including Assistant Director of Programs and Adjunct Professor for the First Year Seminar. Kate's experience also includes roles such as Global Leaders Program Assistant at the University of Minnesota and French Instructor at the Saint Paul Conservatory for Performing Artists and Aldine ISD. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Leadership in Student Affairs from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Arts in French Language Teacher Education from the University of Northern Iowa.
