Tina Folch

Tina Folch is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public administration, contract management, and policy advocacy. As the Contracts Administrator at the Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities since June 2023, Tina leads procurement efforts for the Information Services department, managing a $15 million annual technology licensing spend across approximately 300 contracts. Prior roles include serving as a Council Member for the City of Hastings from January 2017 to April 2024, where Tina advocated for efficient city operations, and as an ex-officio member of the Governor's Advisory Council on Connected and Automated Vehicles from December 2019 to July 2023. Tina's previous experience also includes positions such as Contracts Administrator for the City of Red Wing, Finance and Contracts Manager at the Minnesota Department of Transportation, and Administrative Management Services Director at the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from Hamline University and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from St. Catherine University.
