Paul Koehler

Paul Koehler has worked in a variety of roles in the nonprofit sector, with a focus on operations and management. Paul is currently a Senior Project Manager at Metropolitan Group, where they oversee the organization's projects and initiatives. Prior to joining Metropolitan Group, Paul was the Executive & Board Liaison Manager at All Hands Raised, a nonprofit that works to improve education outcomes for all students in Oregon. Paul also served as the Manager of Operations - Teacher Pathways at Relay Graduate School of Education, where they were responsible for the school's operations and strategy. Paul has also worked as an Executive Operations Specialist at Volunteers of America Oregon and as an Operations Design Consultant at Aidin. Paul began their career in the nonprofit sector as the Director of Special Projects - School Strategy and Operation at Leadership Prep Bedford Stuyvesant Charter School. Paul is committed to improving educational outcomes for all students and has dedicated their career to working in roles that support this goal.

Paul Koehler has a BA in Liberal Studies from the University of Redlands and a Film/Cinema/Video Studies from Université Paris-Sorbonne.
