Ana-Claudia Dragomir

Ana-Claudia Dragomir is the Head of Accounting at Metropolitan Life since July 2022, bringing extensive expertise from previous roles at MetLife, where responsibilities included IFRS17 Accountant Implementation and Senior Controller. Key tasks involved variance analyses of operational expenses, monthly statutory closing, and investment accounting. Prior to MetLife, Ana-Claudia served as a Junior Controller at Aviva Asigurari de Viata SA and as an Accountant at CNCPCT - Ministerul Culturii. Ana-Claudia holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Audit from Academia de Studii Economice din București, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Insurance, and Banking from the same institution. Early education includes a focus on Mathematics and Informatics at a reputable high school.
