Gokay Austick

Gokay Austick serves as the Head of Resource Management Transformation Directorate at Metropolitan Police since June 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing the end-to-end Resource Management methodology, enhancing resource capacity planning, and managing staff recruitment processes. With significant experience in resource management and operations, Gokay has held various roles including Resource Manager at Future Cities Catapult, Workforce Planning Manager at EPAM Systems, and Managing Director of BSL Support Ltd, developing skills in governance, performance reporting, and resource demand management. Gokay's earlier career includes positions at KPMG LLP and Wipro Technologies, among others, and began at the Metropolitan Police as an Administrative/Executive Officer in 1993.
