Victor Adebusola is currently an Adjunct Faculty at George Mason University School of Dance, also working as the Programming and Engagement Manager for the College of Visual and Performing Arts. Victor also holds the position of Director for the Commercial Dance Program at Metropolitan School of the Arts. With a background in various roles in dance instruction, fundraising, and diversity initiatives, Victor brings a wealth of experience to their current roles. Additionally, Victor has a Master of Arts in Arts Management from George Mason University, further enhancing their expertise in the field.

Metropolitan School of the Arts provides students with daytime, pre-professional, and extracurricular training possibilities. For artists with academic standing who want to pursue a career in the performing arts, they offer an academy program and a conservatory that prepares students for college. They offer classes and lessons in dance, theater,and music for students of all ages after school as part of their recreational and pre-professional non-competitive arts training program.
