Metropolitan School of the Arts provides students with daytime, pre-professional, and extracurricular training possibilities. For artists with academic standing who want to pursue a career in the performing arts, they offer an academy program and a conservatory that prepares students for college. They offer classes and lessons in dance, theater,and music for students of all ages after school as part of their recreational and pre-professional non-competitive arts training program.

The Dance Instruction Team at the Metropolitan School of the Arts provides comprehensive training in various dance styles to students of all ages and skill levels. This team is responsible for developing and executing the curriculum for both pre-professional and recreational programs, choreographing performances, and preparing students for college-level programs and professional careers in dance. Additionally, the team oversees specialized programs such as the Commercial Dance Program.
