Genene Duran

Genene Duran, PhD, MHA, is the Founder and CEO of Ducks in a Row Human Services Inc., where the focus is on addressing health disparities and social determinants of health for underserved populations and organizations. Currently serving as an Affiliate Professor at Metropolitan State University of Denver, Duran has an extensive background in human services, education, and community engagement, highlighted by previous roles such as Executive Director at The Arc for Arapahoe, Douglas & Elbert Counties, and Dean of Health Sciences and Administration at Emily Griffith Technical College. Duran also has experience in strategic consulting through Ducks In A Row Public Relations and Event Planning, specializing in diversity, equity, inclusion, and organizational governance. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Human Services, a Master's in Health Care Administration, and a Bachelor's in Communications.
