Jeannie Schuberth

Jeannie Schuberth is an Associate Professor of Textiles at Metropolitan State University of Denver, instructing courses in Industrial Design Soft Goods Textile and Advanced Textiles since January 2022. With extensive experience in fashion education, Schuberth served as Fashion Faculty at Johnson & Wales University from May 2015 until the campus closure in May 2021 and as a faculty member at The Art Institutes from January 2011 to December 2018, where various apparel construction and merchandising courses were taught. Additional experience includes roles as Assistant Designer/Manager at Indigenous Artworks, Independent Contractor for Craftsy, and owner of Jeannie Tailors Custom Sewing Lessons, while also operating Beanwear Active Apparel from 1995 to 1999. Schuberth holds a Master’s degree in Workforce Education & Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Design from Southern Illinois University.
