Charles Addo-Quaye

Charles Addo-Quaye currently serves as an Associate Professor of Computer Science at Metro State University since August 2023. In addition, Charles holds the position of Associate Editor at BMC Genomics from January 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Professor and Assistant Professor of Computer Science at Lewis-Clark State College from January 2017 to July 2023, and as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Purdue University from February 2013 to November 2016. Charles began academic research as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Penn State University from August 2009 to January 2013, and earlier worked as a Software Developer at the Social Security and National Insurance Trust in Ghana from August 1998 to July 2000. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Computer Science and Engineering from Penn State University (2001-2009), an MSc in Mathematics from Youngstown State University (2000-2001), and a BSc in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Ghana (1993-1997).
