Ryan Hall

Ryan Hall is a seasoned transportation planner with extensive experience in both public sector planning and analysis. Currently serving as a Principal Transportation Planner at Metropolitan Transportation Authority since February 2023, Ryan previously held the position of Staff Analyst at the New York City Housing Authority, focusing on developing automated tracking tools for ventilation initiatives and monitoring compliance with the Baez Consent Decree. Prior roles include Staff Analyst at Tri-State Transportation Campaign, where Ryan analyzed regional transportation data and published reports on transit issues, and Transportation Planner at South Western Regional Planning Agency, leading studies on rail parking availability. Ryan's background includes experience as a Planning Intern at Central Maryland Regional Transit and a Graduate Assistant at the Maryland Department of Planning. Ryan holds a Master’s degree in City/Urban, Community, and Regional Planning from the University of Maryland and has a robust skill set in data analysis and mapping, including proficiency in ArcGIS software.
