Adam Gardner has a diverse work history in budget analysis and pricing roles. Adam started their career as a Research Analyst at Ipreo in 2007 and later became a General Government Analyst at INPUT from 2010 to 2011. From 2008 to 2011, Adam worked as the Director of Pricing at The Peninsula Group. Adam then joined Central Parking System as a Northeast Regional Pricing Analyst from 2011 to 2012, where they utilized data mining tools and analyzed occupancy data to optimize pricing and volume for parking properties.
