Cedric Leander Kinlow

Cedric Leander Kinlow, CPSM, CPPB, serves as the Simplified Acquisitions, Supply Chain Technology and Compliance Director at the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, overseeing procurement activities for over $800 million in contracts. Previous roles include CEO at CK Enterprises, LLC/PromoBrander, and extensive leadership positions at RADAR Rim Incorporated, Icon Blue, Packard Motor Car Company, Ford Motor Company, Delphi Automotive, and General Motors Company/Packard Electric Systems. Kinlow has a strong background in contract management, supply chain strategies, and product design, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Howard University. Notably, Kinlow has achieved significant cost savings and has been recognized with the Supplier of the Year Award.
