Charles E. Wilson

Charles E. Wilson currently serves as the Diversity Outreach Manager at the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, where leadership is provided in executing a multiyear Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Strategy and Action Plan to enhance workforce representation and create an inclusive work environment. Previously, Charles held the position of Associate Attorney at Booz Allen Hamilton, focusing on legal aspects of diversity and inclusion initiatives, and advised on human capital disclosures. Charles also managed small business development at the Department of Small and Local Business Development, connecting businesses to significant procurement opportunities, and served as Chief of Staff for the DC Council, overseeing operations and advancing diversity communications. Earlier, Charles contributed to Grant Thornton, supporting diversity initiatives and client engagement. Education includes a JD/MBA from the University of Baltimore School of Law, a B.S. in Accounting from Hampton University, and a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University.
