Kevin Harris

Kevin Harris, CPP, serves as a Senior Special Agent at the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California since October 2007, having previously held the position of Special Agent. Prior experience includes positions as a Senior Investigator and Investigator at the City of L.A. Department of Transportation from December 1996 to October 2007, and as a Peace Officer at the City of L.A. Department of General Services from January 1989 to December 1996. Kevin began a career in law enforcement as a Police Services Officer with the Torrance Police Department from May 1988 to January 1989. Educational qualifications include a BS in Criminal Justice and a College Diploma in Professional Private Investigation from Ashworth College, as well as certificates in Business Management and Utility Management from Cal State Sacramento, and a Mini MBA Certificate from the University at Buffalo School of Management.
