Charlie Foley

Charlie Foley has a diverse and extensive work experience history. Charlie began their career as an intern at the US Mission of Geneva, where they worked in various departments and demonstrated strong secretarial and organizational skills. Charlie then worked as a server, bartender, and trainer at Great American Restaurants, where they were responsible for cash management, customer service, and resolving complaints. After that, they served as an administrative assistant in the telecommunications division of Navy Federal Credit Union, where they efficiently managed travel coordination and acted as a liaison for the Vice President.

Charlie then joined Northrop Grumman Corporation, first as a recruiting coordinator and later as a human resources coordinator. In these roles, they gained experience in HR operations and employee recruitment and coordination. Charlie then joined DRT Strategies as a cleared HR generalist and facility security officer, where they provided support in various HR areas and managed the company's security systems.

After their time at DRT Strategies, Charlie worked as an HR manager at Akima, LLC. In this role, they worked closely with clients to address their HR needs and provided expertise in areas such as workforce planning, employee relations, and performance management.

Currently, Charlie is working as a Lead HR Business Partner at MetroStar. As a key member of the HR leadership team, they support over 300 employees and drives initiatives related to policy, process, and employee wellness. Charlie also leads HR projects such as retention and policy refresh.
