Debrah Pfisterer , MS in Leadership

Debrah Pfisterer has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Debrah began their career at Boeing as a Lean Specialist, where they worked with the V-22 and CH-47 Program Technical Manual group. Their responsibilities included creating Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals and documenting processes.

After their tenure at Boeing, Debrah founded their own Social Media Marketing Company, where they served as the Chief Executive Officer. Debrah focused on obtaining clients and supporting the writing, creation, and promotion of social media websites.

Debrah then joined Leidos as a Sr. Multi-Functional Information Analyst, providing customer-facing structure for the Power System Sustainment Support (PS3) group supporting the FAA. Debrah developed workflows to enhance coordination of signature documents and reduce email communications.

Debrah later joined Virginia Cancer Specialists, P.C. as a Breast Cancer Survivor, taking time off work for treatment. During this period, they were treated by Dr. Molly Sebastian M.

Debrah then worked with ICI Services Corporation as a Program Analyst, supporting various naval programs such as the FFG(x) Next Generation and Mine Hunter Class Ship Class. Their responsibilities included creating command letters and tracking and supporting organizational goals.

Debrah subsequently joined Booz Allen Hamilton as a Senior Consultant, where they contributed their expertise in leadership and provided consulting services.

Debrah's most recent position is at MetroStar as an Operations Specialist, where they support the PEO EIS for the Army's Defense and Intel Division. Their responsibilities include process analysis, improvement, and reengineering, as well as training and stakeholder engagement.

Throughout their career, Debrah has consistently showcased their skills in leadership, process improvement, and coordination, making significant contributions to the organizations they worked with.

Debrah Pfisterer obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature, General from Villanova University from 1996 to 2000. Debrah pursued further education and earned a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Cabrini University between 2010 and 2012. In 2009, Debrah Pfisterer received a Black Belt Certification in Six Sigma from Drexel University.
