Michelle Shader, PMP, ITILv3 has extensive experience in project management and marketing roles. Michelle started their career at CenturyLink in 1999, where they held various positions including Marketing Professional and Sr. Process Analyst. In these roles, they were responsible for sales analysis, proposal support, and managing marketing campaigns. Michelle later served as the Marketing Director, leading a team dedicated to promoting brand awareness and expanding the market share of mission-critical IT communications products and services.
