Irene Prinz

Irene Prinz currently serves as Head of People & Culture at METYCLE since May 2024. Prior to this role, Irene held various positions at CheMondis, a LANXESS company, including Director of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Partner from February 2019 to May 2024. Irene's earlier experience includes working as an Active Sourcer/Recruiter at toom Baumarkt from January 2016 to February 2019 and as a Management Consultant at GERMAN BOARD ADVISORS GmbH from September 2011 to September 2015. Additionally, Irene served as Assistant to the Officer of International Conferences at UNFCCC from 2005 to 2011. Irene earned a Master’s degree in Art History, Spanish Philology, and Russian Philology from The University of Bonn and studied at Universidad de Almería in 2006-2007.
