Angela Kotrides

Angela Kotrides is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the culinary management industry. Currently serving as General Manager at Metz Culinary Management since August 2019, Angela has held various leadership roles including Interim General Manager and Patient Services Director. Previously, Angela managed fine dining experiences at Seneca Resorts & Casinos from 2016 to August 2019, overseeing two diverse restaurants, La Cascata and Koi. Angela's entrepreneurial spirit is evident from the ownership of multiple successful ventures including Faherty's, which became a Buffalo favorite, Empire Grill, known for its high-volume service, and Toro Tapas Bar, Buffalo's first tapas-style restaurant. Angela holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in French Language and Literature from the State University of New York College at Buffalo and has experience in both front-of-house and kitchen operations.
