Jacquelynn Metcalf

Jacquelynn Metcalf, RD, LD, is currently employed at Metz Culinary Management as a Registered Dietitian and Food Service Director, overseeing over 40 employees and managing clinical tasks for more than 200 residents in long-term care. Prior experience includes working as a Registered Dietitian at Sodexo Corporate Services from August 2011 to April 2013. Jacquelynn Metcalf holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Auburn University and further education at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
